Shuttle Service Reminder

Upon arriving, you must call 808-879-7257 BEFORE going to baggage claim. We don’t leave Kihei until you call and we are 25 minutes from the airport. We will tell you where to meet us when you call.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE COUNTER IF YOU ONLY HAVE A DEBIT CARD UNLESS YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED TICKET DEPARTING MAUI.

Late Arriving Flights:

During the winter (November-March) we pick up flights scheduled to land BEFORE 10:30PM, we wait until 11:00PM for delayed flights and you must be at our van WITH your luggage by 11:30PM.

During day light savings time (March-October) we pick up flights scheduled to land BEFORE 10:00PM, we wait until 10:30PM for delayed flights and you must be at our van WITH your luggage by 11:00PM

If your flight is scheduled to land after 10:30PM you have 2 options:

#1 Take a taxi at your expense to your accommodation and come to us to pick up your car the next day.  If staying in Kihei, we can pick you up for free at 8:30am or 8:45am ONLY depending on where you’re staying in Kihei/Wailea

#2 For rentals of 10 nights or longer we will leave the car in the airport public parking lot for you.  There is a $40 fee for us to drop it off and you will have to pay the parking fee of $24 to exit the parking lot.

Kihei Rent A Car Holiday Schedule:

  • July 4th:  We only pick up flights before 730PM and 8PM is the last shuttle to the airport.
  • USA Thanksgiving day:  CLOSED!!  For returns, you can leave the car in our driveway and Uber to to the airport or leave the car in the airport public parking lot for a $100 fee.
  • 12/07/25:  We only pick up flights before 330Pm and 4PM is the last shuttle to the airport. *Company party*
  • 12/24:  We only pick up flights before 130PM and 2PM is the last shuttle to the airport.
  • 12/25:  CLOSED  For returns you can leave the car in our driveway or leave the car in the airport public parking lot for a $100 fee.
  • 12/31:  We only pick up flights before 730PM and 8PM is the last shuttle to the airport.
  • 01/01:  9AM is the first shuttle to the airport, normal business hours otherwise.
