Maui’s drag racing scene is heating up, and Ryan is leading the charge! Over two thrilling months, he racked up back-to-back victories at Maui Raceway Park, proving that skill, speed, and a little bit of grit go a long way.
First, Ryan stormed the strip and took home the trophy and cash prize in the stock-style drag event—setting the tone for what would be a winning streak. Then, in September, he brought his 2005 Mustang GT out of retirement for the Race for the Wallys on September 20th. Despite not having driven it for a couple of years, Ryan dominated again, claiming the Wally trophy in the Super Shifter Class.
The celebrations that followed were just as epic—so loud, in fact, that Ryan lost his voice from all the excitement! By Monday morning, he was hoarse but happy, with no sympathy from his coworkers—just plenty of admiration.
Two months, two drag racing wins, and one unstoppable racer. Congrats, Ryan—Maui Raceway Park is officially your territory!
